Nepotpuna presuda: analiza presude generalu Ratku Mladiću
An Incomplete Verdict: analysis of the General Ratko Mladić judgment
A paper by Tarik Borogovac on the ICTY judgment against General Mladić: why segmenting the three-year campaign into individual acts — with genocide recognized only in Srebrenica — is logically untenable, conflicts with the Genocide Convention, and sets a dangerous precedent for recognizing and preventing future genocides.

Decision of the Srebrenica Municipal Assembly returning the town to the exclusive jurisdiction of BiH
Citing the International Court of Justice ruling of 26 February 2007 that genocide was committed in Srebrenica, the municipal assembly declares that Srebrenica is no longer under the constitutional, legal, political and territorial jurisdiction of the "Republika Srpska" entity, and returns it to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bosnia and Herzegovina, invoking the principle of restitutio in integrum.

Talking points Anthonyja Lakea za sastanak s predsjednikom Izetbegovićem u Daytonu
Anthony Lake’s talking points for the Dayton meeting with President Izetbegović
A declassified Clinton Library note: the U.S. National Security Advisor is given talking points, cleared by Richard Holbrooke, warning President Izetbegović that refusing to sign the Dayton peace agreement would mean no U.S. troops, no NATO implementation, no economic aid, no equip-and-train program, and a UNPROFOR withdrawal.

CIA izvještaj: podjele u bosanskom vodstvu i iranska veza
CIA report: divisions within the Bosnian leadership and the Iran connection
A DCI Interagency Balkan Task Force intelligence report: personal rivalries between Izetbegović, Silajdžić and Sacirbey are hampering the peace talks, while part of the Bosnian leadership increasingly relies on Iranian military and intelligence support — and works to sideline those who object to those ties.

CIA procjena: Armija BiH i odbrana „jezgra" teritorije
CIA assessment: the Bosnian Army and the defense of the "core area"
A DCI Interagency Balkan Task Force report: the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a competent defensive force but still lacks the firepower for major territorial gains; an assessment of the boost Bosnian Serb forces could get from Krajina Serb units retreating into Bosnia, on the eve of Operation Storm.

CIA procjena: vojna situacija u BiH nakon povlačenja mirovnjaka UN-a
CIA assessment: Bosnia's military situation after a UN peacekeeper withdrawal
Izvještaj Međuresorske radne grupe za Balkan o ishodu eventualnog povlačenja UNPROFOR-a: ni jedna strana nema vojnu sposobnost za odlučujuću pobjedu, a ključnu ulogu igraju Beograd i Zagreb, koji kontrolišu snabdijevanje zaraćenih strana.
A DCI Interagency Balkan Task Force report on the likely outcome of a UNPROFOR withdrawal: neither side has the military capacity to deliver a decisive blow, with Belgrade and Zagreb — who control outside supply to the warring factions — playing the decisive role.

CIA report: prospects for future Bosnian Serb offensives
A Special Intelligence Report: the Bosnian Serbs will likely continue attacks to pre-empt the lifting of the arms embargo and force changes to the Contact Group peace plan, but no longer have the superiority to threaten central Bosnia.

CIA izvještaj: Vlada BiH preuzima inicijativu nakon Goražda
CIA report: government forces seizing the initiative after Goražde
Izvještaj Međuresorske radne grupe za Balkan: unatoč porazu kod Goražda, snage Vlade BiH planiraju niz manjih napada duž linija sukoba, ojačane sporazumom o Federaciji koji je oslobodio desetine hiljada vojnika ranije angažovanih protiv Hrvata.
A DCI Interagency Balkan Task Force report: despite the defeat at Goražde, Bosnian government forces plan a series of small-scale attacks along the confrontation lines, strengthened by the Federation agreement that freed tens of thousands of troops previously tied down fighting the Croats.

CIA report: who's on the offensive in Bosnia
A DCI Interagency Balkan Task Force report: the Sarajevo cease-fire and Muslim-Croat rapprochement have shifted the focus of fighting elsewhere — government forces are using the opening to press the Bosnian Serbs around Maglaj, Zavidovići and Bugojno.
