THE "NON-PAPER" CONSPIRACY IN EU AGAINST BOSNIA WAS BORN WHEN IZETBEGOVIC, DODIK AND COVIC CONSPIRED TO CHANGE THE ELECTION LAW IN BOSNIA ──────────── ──────────── 1. ZAVJERU PROTIV BiH ZVANU "NON-PAPER" JE OMOGUCIO IZETBEGOVIC KADA SE DOGOVORIO SA COVICEM I DODIKOM DA SE IDE U PROMJENU IZBORNOG ZAKONA Pise: Dr. Muhamed Borogovac Svaki imalo pismen covjek zna da po samom znacenju rijeci "suverenitet" suverene drzave, tj. clanice UN, same u svojim parlamentima mijenjaju vlastiti ustav i zakane drzave, i da im niko nema pravo nametati ustav i zakone. Po danasnjem Ustavu BiH ne postoji mogucnosti legalnog tj. mirnog raspada BiH. Jedini nacin da se dogodi legalni tj. mirni razlaz, je da postoje dvije trecine parlamentaraca koji ce promjeniti taj Ustav, i jos i dobiti saglasnost Vijeca Naroda za promjenu koja ce omoguciti raspad BiH. Buduci da Srbi i Hrvati ne mogu imati dvije trecine u PS BiH i saglasnost vijeca naroda, to je nemoguca misija ukoliko medju Bosnjacima ne postoji izdajnik i to na samome vrhu. Zato su Evropa i svijet kao realisti do sada uvijek podrzavali cjelovitu BiH, jer promjena Ustava koja bi omogucila raspad BiH izgledala nemoguca. Sta se dogodilo da se u Evropi pojavio "Non-paper" kojim se zagovara mogucnost "mirnog" tj. ustavnog raspada BiH? Dogodilo se to da su Izetbegovic, Covic i Dodik dogovorili da idu u promjenu Izbornog zakona, a za koju treba i promjena Ustava. Kada je osnovana i Parlamentarna komisija u skladu sa tim dogovorom, svi nasi neprijatelji i njihovi evropski i svjetski saveznici su namirisali novu veliku izdaju u Bosni, slicnu dajtonskoj izdaji, ovaj put izdaju Izetbegovica mladjeg, te su kao lesinari krenuli na svoj plijen. Znaci, upravo nam je Bakir Izetbegovic svezao tu nesrecu zvanu "Non-paper" svojim dogovorima i osnivanjem doticne komisije. Pri tome Bakir vjesto vara poslanike da on tom komisijom vara nase neprijatelje. Neka poslanici sami zakljuce da li on vara Bosnjake ili nase neprijatelje, kada razmotre kako se kotrlja nesreca zvana "non-paper" kao grudva snijega. Pri tome Izetbegovic nastavlja svoju prevaru, udarajuci u ratne bubnjeve, cime glumi patriotu, a istovremeno navodi Bosnjake na pogresan put odbrane BiH. Sada se BiH ne brani ratom, nego iskljucivo parlamentarnom borbom, a u kojoj Izetbegovic sve bitne stvari prepusta neprijateljima, i ni ne pomislja da odustane od promjene Izbornog zakona u doticnoj komisiji, trenutno jedinom bitnom frontu za ocuvanje BiH. Poslanici moraju zaustaviti tu grudvu koja se kotrlja i koja ce dovesti do necuvene nesrece, a JEDINI NACIN DA SE TO ZAUSTAVI JE DA ODLUCNO ZAHTIJEVAJU PREKID PREGOVORA O PROMJENI IZBORNOG ZAKONA. Bolje da nas HDZ blokira sada, sto svakako vec cine, nego kasnije kada dobiju novi separatisticki Izborni zakon, tj. Treci entitet, i kada ce ta blokada znaciti siguran raspad BiH i srednjorocno raseljavanje i nestanak Bosnjaka, poslije brzog gubitka drzave nakon usvajanja novog Izbornog zakona. I nije tu Izetbegovic sam. Svi oni, bilo korumpirani, bilo posrbljeni, bilo priglupi novinari ili polu-inteletualci koji se obracaju Evropi i svijetu i traze zastitu od njih, tj. na pogresnoj adresi, u stvari pomazu Izetbegovicu, jer time ispustaju zezlo vlasti koje je sada u rukama nasih parlamentaraca, i predaju ga u ruke tudjinu, i time ujedno zamagljuju sta se doista desava, usmjeravaju odbranu Bosne u corsokak, umjesto da kazu gornju jenostavnu istinu da se Bosna sada brani iskljucivo u Parlamentu BiH. ──────────── PREVOD NA ENGLESKI: 2. 1. THE "NON-PAPER" CONSPIRACY IN EU AGAINST BOSNIA WAS BORN WHEN IZETBEGOVIC, DODIK AND COVIC CONSPIRED TO CHANGE THE ELECTION LAW IN BOSNIA By: Dr. Muhamed Borogovac, Boston MA; Author is American actuary, a member of SOA, and MAAA Every politically literate man knows that by definition of the word "sovereignty", a sovereign country, i.e., a UN member, has an exclusive right to change their own constitution and the laws of the country, in their own parliament, and that no one has the right to impose a constitution and laws on them. According to the current Constitution of Bosnia-Herzegovina, there is no possibility of legal, i.e., peaceful disintegration of BOSNIA-Herzegovina. The only peaceful way to divide a country is to convince two-thirds of parliamentarians to vote for such a change in the constitution and subsequently to obtain consent for the change in the House of Peoples (Dom Naroda). Since the most populous Bosnian ethnic group, the Bosniaks, will always have the sufficient number of votes to prevent the two-thirds vote, along with veto power in the House of the Peoples, this is an impossible mission without a traitor amongst Bosniaks at the very high level. Europe and the world, as realists, have always supported the current Dayton constitution in BOSNIA because a change in the Constitution that would enable the final disintegration of Bosnia seemed impossible. What happened that the "Non-paper" conspiracy, which advocates the possibility of "peaceful," i.e., constitutional disintegration of Bosnia-Herzegovina, appeared in Europe recently? It happened because Izetbegovic, Covic, and Dodik conspired to change the Election Law and the Constitution. I use the word "conspired" because they minimize the significance of the change from Bosnian people while discussing it with EU and American Ambassadors. When the Parliamentary Commission was established in accordance with their deal, all our enemies and their European and world allies smelled a new great betrayal in Bosnia, similar to the Dayton betrayal, when the former Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic negotiated the division of the Republic Bosnia-Herzegovina, which created the Serbian Republic on half of the Bosnian territory. This time Izetbegovic Jr. is preparing to finish the job and enable the next and final step of the destruction of Bosnia. That attracted all separatist forces and their allies in Europe as scavengers to attack Bosnia, all organized behind the initiative called "Non-paper." So, Bakir Izetbegovic initiated this anti-Bosnian conspiracy called "Non-paper" through his treasonous deal and his green light to the change in the election law. Simultaneously, Bakir Izetbegovic skillfully deceives the Bosniak parliamentarians that he is deceiving our enemies with that commission. He said to them: "When you do not want something to be done, you form a commission." Let the representatives decide for themselves whether he is cheating on Bosniaks or the enemies of Bosnia when they consider how the conspiracy called "non-paper" is rolling like a snowball against Bosnia since the Election Law commission was established. In doing so, Izetbegovic continues his deception, hitting the drums of war, thus pretending to be a patriot ready to go into the fight for the country. By that, he leads Bosniaks on the wrong path of defending Bosnia. Now Bosnia need not to protect itself by war, but exclusively in its parliament and Bosnian institutions. Unfortunately, in parliament and other institutions, Izetbegovic leaves all essential means of power to the disintegration forces of Bosnia and still pushes on changing the Election Law. He is sabotaging the key front for preserving Bosnia, the Bosnian institutions, while hitting the war drums pretending to be a patriot ready to "lead Bosnia in arms struggles". The ONLY WAY to stop the "non-paper" conspiracy to divide Bosnia, which will cause tragedy for the population of Bosnia, is to terminate the negotiations on the change of the Election Law. It is better to let HDZ and the "Serbian Republic" block Bosnia now, which they are already doing anyway, than later. At later time, they will have a new separatist Election Law, i.e., the "Croat election entity". After the adoption of the new Election Law, the blockade will mean certain disintegration of Bosnia and displacement of ethnic groups living in the "wrong" entities. And Izetbegovic is not alone in that dirty business. Many corrupt, assimilated to Serbs during communism, or stupid journalists or semi-intellectuals who in Bosnian media seek protection from Europe and the world, i.e., seek protection from the wrong address, are with him. They are helping Izetbegovic because by asking foreigners to save Bosnia, they release the scepter of power now in our hands, handing him over to people who do not care about or understand Bosnia. By doing so, they are also blurring to Bosnians what is happening, and they are directing Bosnia's defense to a dead end. Bosnia can successfully defend itself from the disintegration forces and Bakir Izetbegovic's tricks only in Bosnian institutions. Bosnians do not need help from those who created the "Non-paper" because they do not want well to Bosnia. They are, in fact, only pushing to further displacements (refugees) of the Bosnian population.
