Silajdzic, a Serbian Agent With Sweet Words But Poisonous Actions

SILAJDZIC, A SERBIAN AGENT WITH SWEET WORDS BUT POISONOUS ACTIONS By Muhamed Borogovac What is the problem with Dayton; why it worked perfectly for Serbian aggressor, and did not work for Bosnians? The answer is simple; it was set so that Serbs get immediately everything that they wanted (change of the constitution) while the return of refugees and other provisions for Bosnians were left for future. In fact, everybody who works with contract laws knows that such unbalanced contracts have other name: frauds. Today, Silajdzic is complaining about how Annex 7 (return of refugees) is not implemented by some imaginary entity called "international community". However, he was the one of the negotiators who negotiated and signed Dayton "peace" accord, even though he knew very well that contract clauses are the only safeguards that the contract will be implemented and that sides in the agreement control the implementation of the contract. I am one of the people who called him and warned him about it. I know at least two other members of Bosnian Congress USA, who begged him not to sign Dayton accord, and he hang up on us. The professor Francis Boyle analyzed Dayton accord in all details, with very negative review, see here http://www.hdmagazine.com/bosnia/legal/boyle-2e.html The reason that we called Silajdzic, and not anybody else, was that at that time he publicly acted as a strong opposition to Dayton. (He cried to women of Srebrenica: "I will never betray you." However, that was just play for Bosnian public for the purpose of keeping the Bosnian people feel safe with Silajdzic on our side in Dayton. The clauses of the Dayton peace agreement that meant to benefit Bosnjak people are not implemented because Bosnian Prime minister and President (Silajdzic and Izetbegovic) accepted that the Dayton constitution is implemented immediately even before the ratification by the parliament of the Republic Bosnia-Herzegovina. This gives the Serbian side all of the benefits upfront including the ability to veto other clauses of the agreement such as the return of the refugees. This is a catastrophic deceit of people from their own leaders, who in actuality are communist operatives installed on the leadership position of Bosnia before the war. This time we are not going to talk about the shameful role of the Clinton administration in this dishonorable act but to mention that the Dayton conspiracy against the victims of genocide marred the USA reputation for all time regardless of the excuse that "Bosnjak leaders signed that agreement". American administration knew that Silajdzic and Izetbegovic worked for Serbs and administration had many legal means to prevent tearing apart of a country, member of UN, that was a victim of such deeply prepared aggression. Later, during the adaptation of the laws of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Dayton constitution, the representatives aligned with Silajdzic in the Bosnian parliament adopted versions of bills that strengthened the partition of the country. This is why former High representative in Bosnia, Ashdown, correctly pointed out in a recent interview in Bosnian daily Avaz that Bosnia is closer to the point of falling apart now than it was in 1995 when the Dayton agreement was signed. In his interview to BBC Silajdzic says that Bosnian's hands were tied because "the international community imposed an arms embargo". The truth is that Silajdzic-Izetbegovic government is responsible for preservation of arms embargo on the army of the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Izetbegovic twice rejected arming of the Bosnian Army by USA. To say it in another way, Izetbegovic rejected bills in USA Congress about unilateral American lifting of the arms embargo for Bosnia. He did this by stating in his address to the UN General Assembly on October 24, 1995 that he wanted a balance of arms on the lower level rather than higher level, that Bosnia did not need a victory in war, but in peace, and that this should be achieved by negotiating with Serbs and signing a peace treaty. For your convenience, we copied that Izetbegovic's speech; see item #3 of this Newsletter. Therefore, Siladzic is lying to Bosnjaks that our hands were tied by "international community". The truth is that our hands were tied by Serbian agents Izetbegovic and Silajdzic, who then signed the criminal Dayton agreement where everything that the Serbs needed (Dayton constitution that formed RS) was implemented immediately, but parts that we need are left for later with the intent to never implement them. This also is very usefull to Silajdzi, gives him opoprtunity to act "patriotically" by begging some imaginary world institutions to "implement" Dayton, like he did in the above interview.
